What Farming and Social Media Management Have in Common

Normally farming and social media management are two topics that are completely irrelevant, but in fact they have a lot in common. In the career fields of both farming and social media management you have to be one of the most self-motivated and dedicated individuals.

For the satisfaction of knowing that he or she has accomplished as much as they can in each and every day. A farmer is someone who is determined, responsible, and someone who possesses a strong work ethic. Generally speaking farmers take pride in all that they do, and work hard to do their best work, so they can be proud of what they have done. These are all qualities and ideals you would look for in a virtual assistant, or social media manager.

The ideal social media manager is hard working, self-motivated, and does their very best so that they have something to be proud of as they show their work off to the world and represent their boss or business. A social media manager should be willing; to work, to help and to listen, much like a farmer listens to their consumers and business partners.

When talking to farmers or social media managers, remember that they’re doing their best with what they have, and they may go under-appreciated. This won’t stop them from trying their hardest to make a name for themselves, and to work as hard as they can at everything they do. I myself know this first hand, once I was done farming, I picked up social media management and I put my heart and soul into everything I do, just the way I did when I was farming. thomas-edison-opportunity

Give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but don’t be taken advantage of, work your hardest at everything you do, be self-motivated, show the world that you want to succeed. If you do your best, it will pay off.
